Code reader = no buss
Sorry I meant the code reader will not link to my truck. 99 ram sport 5.2 4x4. So went to local auto parts store to see what codes I had. My gauges worked I can pull up the codes on the odometer but not with a code reader. Just wouldn't read through a code scanner. I do have an issue that... -

ABS and BRAKE Light come on at highway speeds??
Both mine came on and I changed out the rear speed sensor no luck. Changed out the hub assemblies in the front and it went away. Bad wheel bearing on front passenger side was the problem- Dewman

5.2-5.9 rt swap
From what I have seen the flex plate u will need. The 5.2 ECM will run the 5.9 but the 5.9 requires more timing advance than the 5.2. The 5.2 ECM is not capable to do he timing advance that a 5.9 ECM can do. Get a 5.9 ECM. I believe u have to match the vin number to the ECM as well. The...- Dewman

Axle swap
Yes plan on changing fluids, rebuilding axles before swap and all that. I have the whole truck to pull them from. Swapping out the v10 radiator as well. I'll use the leafs from the v10 2500 as well on the 1500. I'll pick up the truck tomorrow then will find out what gears are in as well. -

Ty very much so keeping the o2 would be better that doing an o2 eliminator that sends the voltage back that every thing is good. Sorry I been stuck in the Stone Age of carb motors with no comp accessories.- Dewman

Just got a 99 dodge sport 5.2 L. Got some shorty speed daddy stainless headers coming Friday. I want my low to mid torque loud and proud exhaust! I'm assuming use a y pipe into a single chamber muffler. I want duals but don't want the sound of small pipes. I need to know how to run this...- Dewman
