I know I'm late to the thread (probably get put on a spit) but reading through the comments and yes some 4wd/AWD systems (pg16) are sensitive to wear. My wife's old Subaru cost me close to a grand every time a tire had a nail in it. The only time it works out is if it happens within 4-5k miles...
2 Stroke or MMO has been used in the past to help eek some MPG's or maintain fuel systems but honestly if your running top tier fuel and run some Techron every now and then it works just as well.
What MMO is really good for is cleaning up a tail pipe if its collecting exhaust particles/soot...
Well there are mountains, not the kind like on the west coast lol. I live on a "hilly" part of Sparta so even the lightest breeze seems like a hurricane force wind lol.
Appreciate the input though, also what are your thoughts about OCC's in the winter, been reading a lot and heard horror...
Question.
New owner on a 16 1500 CC Bighorn and I've been reading the forums and Reddit up and down, left and right and still have questions.

I even reached out to a place here in NJ that does HID conversions and they stopped doing RAMs because they are a pia and did mention you may have issues with the po-po.
On a positive...
Are they just 100% straight up replacements? Like pull old bulb out and put new in?
I'm in NJ so I am worried about the legality of HIDs (retro's are ok?) and i honestly don't want to screw anything up (it's cold and i have a habit of rushing in the cold).
The stock headlights leave me...
Thanks! Really enjoying it and the flexibility it offers with hauling things around. That extra couple of inches of bed goa long way compared to my frontier. And the ride is straight out of 80"s Cadillac land yacht awesomeness. It just rides the waves on the highway.
Newbie to the forum and also a new owner of a 16 Ram 1500. I bought in during the November Black Friday 20% off MSRP event and being an FCA employee as well got the additional 5% and dealer cash, it swayed me big time. I was driving a 12 Frontier and the previous owner must have went to hell and...
