I've had this happen after washing it too. Same sensor every time on the front. I ended up just unplugging the sensor, drying out and cleaning the connection and it went away. It still happens from time to time when it snows if snow or slush get sprayed on it but never enough for it to bother me.
I just installed the Carven Competitor muffler over the weekend. HOLY CRAP, what a difference. After driving it a few days I am struggling to whether or not I'll add a j pipe or change it out. The drone can be pretty obnoxious. We are about to take a drive from CT to Ohio so I guess I'll see how...
I was wondering if this happens to anyone else. I have the Uconnect service on my 2016 Ram Big Horn. About once a week lately I get a notification from the app via push notification and email that the Malfunction Indicator Light was detected. The issue is it never came on while I was driving it...
I tried using Google Assist for textinmg and while it works it is just more hands on than I would like it. I talked to someone at Uconnect yesterday and was basically told I'm SOL with being able to use the truck radio to send and receive text messages. With the 3G towers being shut down this...
Hi JPT, I will give that a try. The weird thing is I can receive texts and the truck will read them to me, I just can't said. It tells me data connection is not available and to press the uconnect button to sign up for uconnect service. I already am paying for uconnect. I will try your idea with...
I have issues with this too, I think. I started using the adapter and it worked just fine. I mainly use the uconnect service so the text messages I receive on my android phone will come through the radio so I can respond to them as well. I do also use the app to start my truck from my shop. I...
I am having the same issue. I have a 2016 Bighorn with the center console. The media hub illuminates but the head unit doesn't seem to read it. I've tried plugging my phone in, I've tried an SD card and I've tried a USB stick with music files and nothing is happening. I formatted a brand new...
iI have the Tuffy safe in the center console in my crew cab big horn. I carry a pistol daily but also go to the post office and bank on an almost daily basis for work. Seeing as you cant bring a firearm in to either location and my state requires that if you leave a gun in your car it must be...
I bought my 2016 in July 2018. Around 4-5 months later mine started doing this. Did it through the entire winter. Reading posts like this on this forum and seeing all the different opinions on what is happening I haven't done anything with it. As summer rolled around this year and the temps got...
I did the flares and added 1-1/2" spacers. Filled out nicely. Basically just bolt on the spacers over your existing studs then use your factory lugs to mount the tire to the spacer. Re-torque after about 50 miles to be safe.
I experience the same thing. To me it's almost like the smell of a really hot hair dryer, best I can describe. Funny thing is I have a 2004 Durango 4.7 that would do this too. Usually when driving on the highway and climbing hills, high rpm's. The engine would have to be at temperature for it to...
Mine is a short list,
1986 Pontiac Grand Am
1986 GMC Vandura
1988 Jeep Wagoneer
2001 PT Cruiser
2004 Chevy Impala
2004 Dodge Durango - still have
2010 Dodge Nitro - still have
2016 Dodge Ram
I have a 2016 Big Horn with the 32 gallon tank. I've had the Auto Park update done and it did not fix the calibration of the fuel tank. When I asked the service manager at the dealer about it he kinda blew it off and said "ah, you can't trust those things anyway"
I had the same problem. P0463 code, the check engine light would come on once the gauge dipped below half. From there it would spontaneously drop to empty and then back to just below half in a matter of seconds while driving. I brought it to the dealer today and the total to fix was in the $1100...
I've had my front ones go nuts too after a carwash on very cold days. It's never happened if its just raining though. When it happens I just hit the switch on the dash to disable them.
I have the 32 gallon tank too. I average around 12 mpg around town with not much highway driving on a regular basis. It is annoying that the gage will read empty with the DTE around 30 miles when I fill up and only get about 25 gallons in the tank. I've seen the DTE as high as 424 and as low as...
I have this, no need to have open to be able to open and close the tailgate.
