Why in the hell are you still running a shorter tire size than what you actually have on the truck????? If you measured 33" for the tire height then change it to 33", you are still not getting accurate times/speeds. Our speedo's adjust based on tire size.

This was done with 33's I recalculated my time by mile trial, I was a little off. So common sense tells me my tune was a little askewed. This time was not accurate, niether was the 33 measurement. As stated earlier I was close too 33 but not quite there. These tires are almost worn. i imagine with full thread they would still be a little short of 33's but really not by much.

Time for the mile was 1.03 At 65 mph. With a 33 inch. tire tune. I am dead on with the 32.5. 1 min at 60 mph.

Rocket,
I make my data runs using actual measured center of the wheel to a flat surface under the tire and multiply by two to get the diameter. This comes to just being short of measuring the tire with no wieght load. I use 93 octane and run 93 or 91 tune. I like the 93 tune fatten up to reduce KR. O/D off and gear selector in 2nd. (0-60 mph) I lightly hold the brake to keep the truck from moving and quickly roll the gas to the floor slipping the brake as the TC spikes. This gives me about a truck and half of spin and so far my best times. More brake make more spin. Slapping the gas makes more spin. Less brake doesn't drive into the TC as hard and also slows the times. It has taken me a lot of practice to maintain this fine line. Road surface and temperature also screws up the routine. Just practice some and your times will come down. Good luck..

So rf uses the images on loan?Wtf. Oh well 7.61 was my best time.I'm on a 91 tune, Gonna check on those tips red, I pretty much did that, just not as heavy on the gas peddle. Kind a hard where I launch. I'm kinda coming off an entrance ramp. at a dead stop, just not perfectly straight. Gotta wait for traffic and lookout for cops. But we will see I'm gonna do this and another launch with a power wire. Till then

Our speedo's are set according too tire size from the factory. i dunno about self adjusting speedo's If thats what you refered to. but I was able to adjust with the sc. Besides mile markings I'm gonna put it up too a satelite and adjust further. Those suckers are dead nuts with time and distance.

Red has a new best time.
0-60 mph - 5.67
1/8 - 8.86 -75 mph
1/4 - 14.16 - 91 mph

I'm going to set my announciator to for a shift point to tighten my manual 2-3 shift. As I am currently stuck with a stock rev limiter. Man , I need a custom tune! Added some fuel to kill some kr. But basically all is good for where I am at mod wise.

Finally got the A/F kit installed. This took me six hours, what a pain in the a$$. I used a **** that was on the inlet of my Cat. Didn't use anti-sieze, my bad and had to work to save the threads. Routed the wires which took me a couple tries to get right. Also added a LED light to indicate when the eFan was running. Don't know why it took me so long just a lot of fussing around getting everything the way I wanted it.

When we got mine installed we did got everything welded in at the same time as we did the cats on the headers. Only took about an hour to do the wiring and get it all up and running after that.

Now for the real test of all the fuel you've been adding, go take it out for a WOT run and see where that AFR is at.

Well guys, the truck is running better than ever. Idle is reading 14.5 at WOT I'm reading 11.00. The 9r06 Crom feels really good with the fuel added as I previously stated. The truck is a blast to drive. Off throttle while coasting I read 14.7. Give me some input..

Too rich at wot. Try pulling some of the fuel you added and do another run. Like truckin said, you should be shooting for around 12 at wot.

Ok, this is the information I need. I'll do some adjustments and get back to you with some runs. Just finished my LED (eFan) light. Starting to cool down a little.

Yep, got it from RS for something like $2. The first one died within 5 minutes. It is a 12vdc led, but the guy at RS said the problem is the truck may go as high as 14.5 vdc and can blow the led. Bought a new led and used a 220 ohm resistor inline and so far no problem. My controler has a spade for Motor which is hot when the motor runs. I connected to that.
