OK I got a 06 1500 when I got to start it up immediately put it in drive it acts like it has to build up pressure then moves after like 4 secs of Rev ? Maybe clogged filters or sump tube clogged ?

Try letting it idle for a minute or so, I let mine idle until it comes off of high idle, 1200 RPM, down to normal idle, 700 RPM, then I put it into gear.

Sounds like you are low on fluid. Remember to check the level with your truck in neutral after it has fully warmed up. If the fluid level is ok then you may have dislodged/torn main filter seal. Be careful revving the engine to get it to engage, you can burn up clutches very quickly like that. Hope you get it fixed!
