1 tons or 3/4 ton axels for my 99 1500?

so im pretty sure theres something wrong with my rear axel i have 37s on a 1/2 ton so how hard will it be to put one tons under it?

Not horridly difficult.

Lots of nuts and bolts, new leaf perches on the rear axle. (different width on 1/2 vs 3/4+)
Driveshafts will need custom ends, or *maybe* a combo joint. (You'd have to find a reputable parts guy and a U joint book).

All and all it can be done.

nice!! i got a buddy whos a welder/fabracator so we should be able to do it!! i have the 5.2 whats this gonna do to my power n mpgs??

Unless the gearing is different, you should have virtually no change. More weight to lug around, but nothing significant.
