1981 w150 gauge cluster

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to repair my gauge cluster. I have attached pics to show that I am missing pins on the back of the gauge cluster. Can this be fixed and if so how would one go about finding those post I am missing. Thanks Bruce

Find another cluster to rob pins from, or simply swap the whole cluster.

If the missing pins are still in the plug you could try to mounting them on the circuit board by installing a screw in them through the back of the circuit board.
