I'm hoping someone can help me figure out this issue.
1995 1500 5.2. I can start it, idle it forever, drive it, the problem is when I get to where ever I'm going and park it.
If I try to put it in any gear, reverse - drive, it dies.
Oil light comes on, have to step on gas pedal and it cranks up, but sometimes dies immediately.
Have to wait 24 hours before I can get it to start normally again and repeat the process listed above.
No leaks, no smells, no odd noises, nothing visibly wrong from the outside.
I've changed quite a few parts thinking I finally figured it out and it continues to do the same thing.
I'm at a loss at this point.
