2002 4.7 making a grinding metal noise when turning left

My truck makes this grinding metal on metal noise when turning the wheel. Mostly does it when turning to the left but will do it slightly when turned far right. I only notice it when going slow or sitting still. Any idea what it could be? It’s almost like a creaking sound.

Hi, just wondering if you ever found out what the noise was? My truck seems to be making a noise similar, I’ve had all the suspension re done and still can’t figure it out
