2004 brake line

I have to replace the brake line going from the hydraulic control unit to the junction box for the front driver side tire. I've been looking for a few weeks now but can't find anything. The part is NLA, there are no after market parts, and can't find anything at local salvage places. I'll probably just end up making this myself but does anyone know what flare ends they should be so I know which flaring tool to get. The flares are different on each end and there are so many different styles it could be. It's for a 2004 hemi and original part number is 52009948AC. Letters at the end change due to superseded part numbers.
