2004 Ram 1500 on Craigslist. Should I go for it?

Hey guys this is my first post, so feel free to move it if it's in the wrong place. I tried to post it in the ebay/craigslist area but it said I did not have sufficient permissions.
So here we go. I found a ram 1500 on craigslist today and I was wondering if you guys could help me find out if it is worth it or not.

That is a lot of miles man... I'm new to the forum, and I'm sure others will chime it... But I wouldn't go for it personally. I truly feel you can find something better for 7K...

That is a ton of miles. I'm not saying it's not worth it but I would definitely do some more looking around first. See what else is out there for that price range.

You are pretty limited in your location... How far are you willing to travel? Location can be the difference of a grand or even two on the price tag bud...

Alot of miles, but hey it's in pretty good condition. If you did go for it, I'd offer less.
