Last night I was hunting a vacuum leak while drunk, and in the process I accidentally destroyed my Air Cleaner Resonator - Mopar (53032047AC). I ended up just running a straight pipe from the filter housing directly to the intake. Now, because the resonator was destroyed, and I just bypassed it, I have nowhere for my Air Temp Sensor to go...and it's giving me an engine code.

How important is this sensor, exactly? Will I be ok driving without it for the time being until I can purchase a new resonator?

You'll need that functioning. You can either get another hat, or drill a hole in your pipe and grommet the sensor in.
