2008 dodge ram, 3500 Cummins running rough, then it will run perfect. Fuel pressure is good. Any help on this would be great. I will post clips

2008 dodge ram Cummins running rough and blinking lights, and then the truck will run perfectly normal and you start it back up again and it will rev up by itself. I have the electric light and the engine light rail roading. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m not exactly sure that it’s any of these codes. My guess would be the computer. The alternator is putting out 14 V and the ECM is getting 14 volts.

Have your batteries load tested individually, if good, I’d suspect the TIPM.
