2010 Laramie Seat & Body Trim

I have a white with tan trim 2010 Laramie. I'm looking for the following, not sure where I can get it other than a junkyard (no junkyards in my area, I am rural).

- Drivers seat cover, it's torn. It is the tan heated/cooled style. Only need the seat, not the back portion.
- Front drivers wheel well plastic body painted trim, loose and rusted on the bottom by the drivers door. Anyone have a way to fix this or where can I get an OEM replacement?

Hi,
Im not sure the cover will still be available but please send me your VIN so I can research this and the wheel well. Are you looking for a new door shell? This would be the only thing Ram would offer, They dont sell patch panels.
