2012 Ram 1500 With 2013 Suspenion?

I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4. I noticed there aren’t as many options with suspension parts for that year Ram. Is there any way to use suspension part made for a 2013 Ram on a 2012? Anything helps.

Where are you looking? Aftermarket or OEM?? Rockauto had pretty much everything. I have the same year.
