Hello folks,

I have a 2013 Ram 1500 4.7 V8 2WD. I currently have 112,*** miles on it.

I have been battling a CEL and code P0628 (fuel pump circuit "A" Low voltage) for at least 18 months, progressively getting worse. Code is often confirmed AND pending.

1. I have checked all the wiring leading to the controller and pump, it all looks good.

2. I have replaced Fuel pump control module located under the bed near the tank.

3. I have cleaned and re-tightened the ground for the fuel pump, and the TIPM

4. I have temporarily bypassed the fuel pump relay to ensure it is not the issue.

5. Voltage reading at control module connector with vehicle off is 12.6V, check continuity to ground, low resistance.

6. Truck runs, starts and drives fine every time, although seems a tad laggy at times.

Any ideas or areas that need to be checked? Is this a common problem?

Thank you!
