My 2013 ram 1500 sport has a 3” body lift not suspension lift and is going thru drive axles left and right. What is the problem? Could this be a differential issue? I run 35x12.50x20 bfg tires on it as well. Are these tires too much for the transmission to turn properly and causing drive axle wear way too soon? Im talking going thru drive axles only after 10,000 miles. Something definetly is wrong. Anyone else have this issue??

With that poor a description of the issue no one is going to be able to help. Exactly what is wearing out, the front driveshaft, rear drive shaft, left or right or both CV joints and axles. Are you using OEM parts or aftermarket cheapies. If it is the CV joints and front axle shaft, are you installing the new parts on the correct side. What part of whatever is wearing out is actually failing, universal joint, CV joint etc, etc.

Agreed with the above, not enough info. 2 or 4wd? Since you mentioned the differential, it sounds like you're referring to the rear axles? What is failing? Rear axles are pretty simple, a solid splined shaft with a bearing on one end, not much complication to it.

Now now let’s not bring brand names into this. I agree a little more information would be helpful. If you are wiping out axels I would think that it’s probably a bent housing. If it takes a while to bugger the axel’s you probably can’t see the bend if you can post pictures of one of the axel and/or bearings. Did you jump it If it is front cv axel’s and it’s awd shock loading the cvs kills them quickly. My buddy has been trough 4/5 front cvs because he will spin his tires on the snow and ice but when a spinning wheel hits dry pavement Boom. Same thing with a rear differential

Could be the tires and your feet are too big and your axles are too small for the driving you do

35s on 1/2 ton axle is Maude a little much. I am sure that there will be some who will say it’s not a problem but it does put extra stress on the parts
