I've got a few tips if you're going to build a glass box:
1: Gloves. Get a box, and use plenty of them.
2: Long Sleeve Shirt, just do it.
3: Cut your fiberglass far away from the truck! (I cut it right next to it, still removing stupid little strands from the interior!)
3.5: Cut far more glass than you think you'll need. You'll see
4: Get good resin. I had great luck with the stuff from US Composites, you will too!
5: Don't try this when it's cool or humid. It sucks. Wait till it's warm.
6: Start in the morning! You can get all the 'in truck' coats done in one day, very easily. Be sure to follow up on re-coating partially cured fiberglass so you get good adhesion!
7: Have fun with it. It's a pretty rewarding project.
Thanks Greg!! How much mat and resin did it take to do your box??
Can't remember how much mat, but I think I finished a gallon of resin and used some from a second gallon.

Awesome thread and write up. I wanna try my hand at making fiberglass enclosures for my CC. Can you tell me where you bought your supplies, how much you bought, and what you bought?
Anyone else that has done this please chime in with pointers and supplies that you think I will need.
