I'm currently trying to plan out a G56 swap on my 17 Power Wagon. Now that conversation aside, I'm looking at the fuel lines. They come over the 66rfe right where the shifter will go through the floor. They will need to be moved. Now looking at them the lines from the tank to justbefore they cross over the trans look like plastic. Are they seriously plastic lines? Seems kinda crazy to me. I don't really work on modern stuff too often, more a classic guy so this kinda threw me for a loop seeing that. I'm sure it's a penny pinching thing to bring costs down. I see Dorman sells full stainless lines which would make me feel better about them. Either way I'll just run steel braided lines over the trans to clear the shifter. Just want an answer cause seeing as they might be plastic I'm scared to touch them lol.
