2017 ram 2500 6.7 start

Hello everyone, I’ve been having an intermittent starting issue with my 2017 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. I randomly will get a crank but no start.. it will not continuously crank. I’ve checked battery voltage, cleaned grounds on batteries and starter. When the truck does start it fires right up no problem. Has anyone had a similar problem? I’ve been reading and looking at forums for weeks to find a solution for this problem.

Have you checked to see if you have codes showing? If not stop by a parts house and have them check to see what codes if any are present, write the codes numbers down and tell them not to clear those codes....
