Have used Weiman's for years on leather. Very effective on the leather steering wheels.
Regarding the heated and cooled seats that RAM came out with. My neighbor is a "digital tech" at our local dealer. Has no tools. He wears a scanner harness and scans vehicles all day for codes, condition alerts and analyzes spec to operating condition. Way over my head. We all know that our trucks today are in fact big computers. Processors, code, language, circuits and circuit boards run all the functions and features. More computing power, function and features than our astronauts had in 1969. Over memorial day, he joined us for BBQ. The neighbors know he works for the local RAM dealer and he is a most gracious young man when they have questions about their vehicles. He said the number of complaints they are getting about the comfort seats "not working" is quite high. He and his factory tech support people have concluded that many people expect the function to work "better" than in fact it does. It is a complicated system that depends on many conditions and safety features to work "as designed" Inside conversations between the factory and service field often end with "this is one option RAM regrets" He understands the complaints as he agrees, the system is only designed to be adequate, not highly effective. My son's 2018 2500 Ford with leather option and heat/cold comfort seats, are no better.
