2019 hemi evap problems abound

So I changed my fuel pump. Truck runs horrible if at all. Codes 300 455 1456. Now to be honest I dropped the tank. That being said the truck assumes a huge vac leak. I put in a new eism. Same. I pulled the vacuum line plugged it. The truck seemed to run better but not much. My thought is that the 2 wire plug on the eism is bad. Since it's just a switch I should some voltage on the wires? Is it normally open or closed ? I've checked all the hoses and they are ok. Ant help at this point would be a godsend.. let's just say I'm a pro at tank removal now

check your PURGE Valve
if you can blow through it, it is bad
