My 2020 2500 will not shift into drive. When trying to put it in drive it’ll go to reverse and neutral but not drive or back into park. I have to set the parking bark and climb underneath to shift it into drive or park. The shifter feels really soft also. I pulled the steering column plastic and everything is where is connected and tight.
