2023 1500 Towing mirrors to regular mirros

Is it possible to go from the manual folding tow mirrors to the regular sized power folding mirrors?

Short answer I believe is yes, the wiring should all be there. You would need the switch and the mirrors, the rest of the harness SHOULD be there. If I am wrong please correct me, but I think I've heard of people doing this.

I went the opposite way on a 2016 2500. Didn't think I would need tow mirrors when I bought the truck but ended up getting a 5th wheel. It was just plug & play for me & I don't see why it wouldn't be for you as well.
