20in OEM wheel swap

So I'm interested in buying a set of OEM 20in chrome wheels from a local guy. I own an 07 ram 1500.

I currently have 17" steel wheels installed on my ram. Bone stock. ST regular cab package.

My question is will these wheels fit my ram? Should I be worried about the threading of the lug nuts? Will they even fit?

I wanted to do this too, found a set locally for about 700 bucks which I consider a little steep.

I'm looking for bigger diameter though and the stock 20" are only about 1-1/2" taller than the 17's. You got a great deal.

Post a pic with them on! I wish mine was a short bed too I like the SCSB look

I did the same with my 06 1500 Std cab, put a set of 2015 20" Laramies on mine. Brand new take-offs with the new rubber. Paid $1200 shipped off ebay, you got a steel of a deal.
Be sure to keep em clean and waxed. Chromed plastic will deteriorate fast if neglected.
