I have a 2014 V6 Express 2WD Regular Cab and just installed the McGaughy 2" rear lowing springs #MCG-44055.
With the new springs installed the ride has definitely improved but it only dropped it by 3/4" measuring from the ground to the bed wheel well lip.

I made sure the springs were seated in the upper mount...hoping they will settle.
Has anyone else experienced this with their regular cab did you get the full 2" drop?

Seems like people who have installed these on QC and CC got the full 2" drop.
Since the QC and CC weigh more than a RC could be why?

Any feedback would be helpful.

That is completely normal. McGaughys only makes 1 2" rear coil for all cab configurations. Regular cabs only get about 1" of drop, and quad/crew cab trucks get closer to 2" of drop. The new crew cabs with the 6'4" bed are even getting 2.5" of rear drop from these coils.

OK thanks that's good to know. I guess Ground Force is better by offering specific springs for the RC and the QC/CC.
