Debating if I should just level my truck with 5100s or make it look nice with 4 inch lift and 35. Sucks cuz I want the tires out a little bit don’t want to buy new rims with offset either. So yes I’m asking how high ur truck with a three or four inch lift is? I know rc has a three bunch bolt on but know it’s basically spacers. I was looking at Eibach cuz I was under impression that themes were adjustable struts like the 5100s.

Back before my lift I had a 3" front and 2" rear spacer. Stock 33s it was like 40 1/4 front fender and 42 rear if I remember correctly

Running a 6" lift and very happy with it. Have the 35" BFG AT on them still. Not sure I will go bigger or not when new tires are needed.

Hi. Good timing. I just got a quote of $5000 to lift my truck 6”. This doesn’t include new tires and rims. Another $5000? Yikes.
Sound about right?

RC 4” with 35x12.50’s on stock rims with 2” spacers. Like someone else mentioned, clears my 7’ garage door by about 2”.

Where do you live venezuela 5k for a lift even with install is insane. I paid 1600 for my lift 1200 for install. Hell even with a high end lift 5k is high.

Wow ok. Actually I’m mistaken. It was for 6” lift but probably still too high huh?
This is for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4.

Unless you are getting full customs kings and long travel stuff that is extremely expensive. Most regular 6” lifts range from $1200 for bracket/spacer type setups to $2500 for ones with new shocks and springs etc. Add in another $1000-1500 for install if you are not doing it yourself.

Your 16 should be in the same range as my 18. My lift is a 6" superlift with bilsteins not the best but not the worst. What brand is it 5k for just a lift is nuts.

Have you even gone to the lift manufacturer’s website to see what the lift costs ? Did you price the rims n tires online ? Never roll into a shop without all the info you can gather .... That way you don’t get a$$ f&cked like the guy that pays sticker at the dealer

Yes I agree absolutely. The guy at the pro lift shop said he was giving me a quote for the high end equipment. He said he can get a less expensive kit.
No way am I paying $5000 plus another $5000 for rims and tires

Do you have any idea what he quoted you ? And why didn’t you roll in there telling him what you wanted ? You would probably be better off buying a new pre-lifted truck from a dealer ....

Yes I’m not too bright I know. This is my first time wanting this done.

I may not be very bright but at least I had the brains to talk with the experts on this forum before I paying out this kind of scratch.

Who I called was my very first initial step in getting a lift kit installed. I’ll learn as I research more. Not doing anything until I know as much as the sales guy does
