i want to replace my springs for a better ride dont need the load carrying capacity. they dont make springs for a 2wd only 4 so i thought maybe 4wd 1500s would help. the truck is heavier of course with stout axles and big brakes, 10 ply tires so unsprung weight is a problem maybe 2" lift 1500 heavy duty springs that would allow you to run a heavy 4wd tire might be the ticket. anyone know if it would work or what company seems to know the most about Rams? im also going to go to a 6 ply tire.

No Ideas, Anybody???? OK how about give me your 4wd stock measurement front and rear, from center of axle to bottom lip of fenderwell, that will be a good start. Here is what we are working on

Stock height from ground to lip in front is 137 and rear is 138.5 on 33" Tires so I'd take 16" off both for centre to ground given the tires compression on the ground.

Hi there. Please measure feom center of the axle to fender lip. That way tire size is not an issue. Thank you!!
Thuren does not spoke to them. Neither does Kelderman.

I know the ground to fender lip off the top of my head because I've checked it several times. Truck is fully loaded up so I can't get the measurement unless I empty it. Front is 121" and rear 122.5" within 1/2" at stock height. Axle centre to fender lip
