4WD Auto setting question

If i have my 2023 RAM in 4WD Auto on the freeway, at say 75MPH, and it suddenly engages 4WD Hi, could that damage my truck?,( my understanding is that i should not drive faster than 55-60MPH in 4 Hi )??

No chance. If you have 4x4 auto as a selection on your dash you can turn that on at any speed. Auto and high are the same selection essentially but high engages the front dif a little sooner if you are stuck.

If road conditions are good enough for driving 75 mph on the freeway, there's no reason to turn on 4X4.
