Just ran 400+ miles from north central pa to south central pa, filled up and reset mpg indicator, holy crap, averaged 17.5mpg. Truck is 15 ram 3500, 6.4 hemi4.10 gears, only mod is k&n filter
Yeah I can definitely see that. Is it hand calculated?
Longest trip I've done with my 6.4 2500 3:73 gears is about 300km and I averaged right around 18mpg
Every day driving (as in my fuelly sig) I've seen around 16.6mpg. Lifetime average at 15.5mpg.
Pretty incredible considering what a beast these trucks are.
I do drive like a bit of a grandpa though
6 speed in the 6.4 trucks.......How are you guys getting decent mpgs? I'm getting around 12 mpg in city.
My truck's a 2012 Ram 1500, 5.7 hemi engine, 3.55 gears, and 6 speed. I take it that the 8spd is really kickin up the mpg?
