62,000 mile 3500 replace wheel hub assembly

shouldnt the front wheel bearing assembly last longer than 62,000 miles on a 2016 RDW 3500. yes 62,000 miles. well any way does the axle nut get torqued to a final torque of 263 ft/lbs?? and hub assembly 4 bolts 150 ft/lbs. seems alot for the axle nut. thats a skinny nut. disapointted in the lojngevity of assembly.. this only has a flanged nut . should i add lock tight

A torque multiplier is your best bet to get that final torque value. Had to use one for my brother-in-law's F-150. I thought the torque values we're high too but that's what his shop manual specified.

I had to have my front left bearing replaced under warranty right before Christmas. Only had about 85,000km (53,000 miles) on my 2016

Just a guess but probably the 62,000 vs 53,000. Isn't the drive train warranty 5 yr/60,000 mile?

I'm at 90k and I know my right front hub is going bad. Unfortunately it's intermittent. I hate arguing with the dealer.

I just hope it goes obviously bad before my warranty is up.

Just had a rf bearing replaced this week on my 16 1500. 69000kms. Way premature in my opinion. dealer covered it which I was surprised by and thankful for.

My 08 had one go bad at 100kms. I believe it was the rf also. Seems like there's a pattern goin on here.
