I wouldn't waste any money putting a motor in it...
I'd get out from under it before it cost you more than your house.
Coincidentally, I might be able to take it off your hands...

Looks like the start of a great build!
A new crate motor might be the way to go.
Hemis get pretty pricey and there's a whole rabbit hole of options but there is a lot of support out there for a resto-mod.
A blueprinted NA 360magnum or 408 smallblock might be the way to go to.
