Can I fit 15 inch rims on my 97 ram 1500 reg cab?

Yeah just get the correct backspacing and offset. They usually come standard.

Depends on how far you want them to stick out?

Mine do not stick out hardly at all.

Mine came with 16's. Maybe it was an option
