I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 and when I go to stop, just before stopping completely, the truck kind of surges as though the brakes let off for just a split second. Also, when cruising the rpms jumo around about 300 in either direction as though its trying to change gears possibly... Any help here would be great!
