Adding an electronic brake controller/console question

Hey guys, the Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4 2016 I'm getting has the hitch and 7 pin, but not the electronic brake controller. I see where it normally goes, can I add a factory one in the designated spot?

Also, I've searched and don't really see a clear answer, can I change a bucket seat with console 1500 to having 3 seats in the front (jump seat) if wanted? I understand I'd have to get some parts for the dash and floor when I remove the center console.

Yes, you can add the factory controller. The dealer will have to flash the computer to let it know it is there, but the install looks great and isn't crazy.

I have done the center console swap going from jumpseat to center and it is straight forward. The radio bezel will need to be switched with shorter version and of course you will have to find the jumpseat with the correct material. Do you currently have rear air?

It does have rear air, with the seat jump do you still get rear air?

Some do from what I have heard. Some I believe they go under the carpet in a tunnel of some sort and some are above the carpet. I have many of the radio bezel parts and the lower cubby parts in black as well as a jumpseat although I am sure the grey fabric from my express does not match. Not sure if they make a covering. Many in here no better of the routing of the rear duct work.
