Adding tow mirrors To 16' 1500

My old 09 2500 had the tow mirrors and i loved them, i was looking at adding them to my 16' 1500 and i was looking on ebay at the off brand ones with the turn signals and puddle lamps, has anybody put them on thier truck and had any issues with them? Would it be possible to get the turn signals and puddle lamps to work?
I dont want to spend major $$ for mopar ones if i can help it. Thanks

Depends on your truck but just had mine done yesterday. They had to add the sales codes leb and lec to my bin and update the computer. Did it with my remote start install so it only cost me $125, an hours Labor.

Mine is a Tradesman, but id imagine its not any different from other trim levels

I wanted to go the other way and dealer quoted me 1225 out the door just for a frame of reference this included the painted mirrors, programming and new door switch panel since the non-tow mirrors are power folding

I purchased ECCPP ones off eBay for a 2015, I wired my turn signals up as running lights I've had them for 2 years with no issues.
