Adjusting exhaust tip height

Is there any way to easily adjust the height of the exhaust tips on a stock set? I had a new muffler welded in place of the stock muffler and the tips are about a half inch lower that they were. It's not a big deal, but it doesn't quite look right where they are sitting...

You could try and bend the hangers up on the frame to get them to sit higher. Or also a floor jack and 2x4 and try to force them up

Just loosen them and adjust as needed. There's a ball and socket connection between the tip and resonator.

Ahhh, that's what that joint was! I thought it was simply a clamp for the tip. Thanks!!!

Correctly spoken by unbroken. You may have to beat a little because mine were pretty taught I even think their may be a spot weld but they are easily adjusted.
