I just bought new wheels for my 2020 Ram 2500. I will need to install new TPMS sensors before my tires go on. The dealership wants $50 per sensor, but they self program through driving. I can get aftermarket Schraders for $25 each. And then have the dealer program them for the low price of $150! Anyone have a better solution?

Walmart. Roughly $30 each and they program them.

You hear of people having more problems with aftermarket TPMS than with OEM. Quite a price difference though. No solid answer for you--sorry.

OEM and make sure they are in Mopar bags. So many knockoffs out there you need to know what you're really buying. Ask me how I know, lol.

I would be more inclined to leave the factory units in place, if they still work, I wouldn't change.
