air conditioner doesn't blow hard

I have a 2011 2500 and the air blows cold but not hard. You can hear the change in different fan speeds but barely blows from the vents. I've read on the other threads about the 05-09 and others that you could just take the blower motor off and reach up there and take the broken recirculation door out. Is that the same with the 2011? I've tried but can't find any door.

i know it sounds crazy but check if the vents are open . there is a rotating wheel that opens and closes the actual port for the vent close to all the vents .
also see if it blows poor on fresh air or just re circulated air. if it is just poor on recirculated position maybe check the cabin air filter. im no mech.
