Good morning Im heading to the Ohio state fair tomorrow and its going to be 95F out so I hope to fix this asap. My 2011 ram with dual climate works great then all of a sudden the AC vents stop working. The fan keeps blowing and it builds up so much pressure it blows the cabin air filter cover right off the box. It is like the air blowing from the vent has nowhere to go and builds up. Then the evap starts to sweat and drip water
The evaporator is clean I put a hole into the box to see if it might be plugged and its very clean and the door behind the glovebox seems to work when I watch it But Im not sure what actuator actually controls the flow to the vents. What motor changes the flow? And do you think it is more of a software issue then a door actuator problem?
