2009 Ram 1500 Laramie with AC issues.
-All actuators I can get to immediately behind dash work properly.
-Compressor and belts were replaced.
- Thermostat was replaced.

Here is what is happening after Compressor and Thermostat were replaced. Any idea what could be causing it?

AC set on Lo.
Fan speed is at 3/4 power.
It runs wonderfully for about 1 or 2 hours. Then I can hear and feel the air start to not blow out the dash vents as strong. Then within 20 minutes the air out the vents, still cold, is down to a trickle. I feel up top where the defrost vents are and nothing. But I can hear the fan still blowing just as hard. It sounds like its blowing inside the dash in front of passenger seat but never exiting.

I do not hear any of the actuators doing that clickibg sound when they stop working as I have changed those previously.

Then if I stop and turn car off and let sit for 30 minutes the AC will work normally again for the next 1 to 2 hours then it starts again.

Tboughts?
Could it be the Thermostat?
Could it be the computer controls on the dash?
Is there a timer somewhere?
HELP!!!!
