Well after having my bilsteins sitting around since I purchased them back in November I finally installed them. It only took around 3 hours to do. I have them set at 2.8 and my truck is sitting on Raceline Clutch Wheels with -19 offset wrapped in Firestone Destination MT2 35x12.50R20. c481f733b5f6a438e26eaf879c4338e4.jpgdcd5891b405f383e3813ed9b09e4f057.jpge0c891506bae286908acf847b0dbd871.jpg

Finally put everything on: bils at 2.1 and 1.5 rear spacer on 295/60/20-20x9 -12 off

How level is the driveway in that pic ? I really like that stance. I’m surprised the 1.5 fits well with the 2.1

Mods: EGR matte black bug deflector, Westin HDX drop steps, rough county bull bar with 20” LED, custom made NW seat covers in real tree camo, husky liner mats, husky liner mud guards, undercover LUX tonneau cover, Tailgate assist, flowmaster super 40 with resonators, tinted 15% front, LED C shaped tail lights. My driveway is on an angle but here is one level or close to it.

Thanks for the pic! That is very surprising. I was thinking of 2.8 and 1”. Im most def prob gonna get 2.8 1.5. I cant make up my mind ha ha. That’s why it takes me so long to do stuff like this. I research too much

what do you think is the deciding factor for 2.1 or 2.8?

I wonder if I bumped up from 2.1 to 2.8 and then added like a 1" spacer in rear if it would allow for a 35" tire compared to my 295/60r20? Would love to switch right to a 35" tire for when I decide to do a lift, but kinda wanna keep my stock wheels as I like them.

I think 2.8 might make my tires look small. The most I’ll do is 33x12.5x20 done the road. I know it’s same as stock diameter but beefy mud tires fill gaps pretty nicely. I’m also concerned with angles with it at 2.8. This truck has to last me so I need it to be reliable and not have any negative effects.

I research a lot before pulling the trigger on certain stuff [emoji12]. It can be annoying sometimes as I watch all my buddies do up their trucks ha ha

angles are fine at 2.8. the hundreds of others that have gone before can attest to that. I have 275s on mine. After my body lift, I will want/need new tires

I do love the look of your truck and the stance. I need to get a few more quotes.... one shop refused to do it without zone UCA’s which I respect. They are a great shop but little pricey. I would feel bad buying all my stuff and having them install. If I go through them it’s not ridiculous mark up but I could find cheaper prices for the parts

Too bad you're not closer. It's really not hard to do yourself with basic tools. If you have a 2nd vehicle, you can pull the old strut assembly and take it to a shop to have them assemble them, then you put them back in.
