Alternator problems

I replaced my alternator and battery, fixed the original problem. Now I have the parking brake light, ESP BAS, Traction, check engine and abs lights all on. They all came on at the same time as soon as I started the truck immediately after reconnecting the battery. I can't seem to make them go away and any help would be great.
