Antifreeze?

I have no manual for my 05 ram with the hemi. I went to check the level of the antifreeze and it is low in the radiator and in the expansion tank. What kind of antifreeze do I need and do I fill the expansion tank or dump it in the radiator or both? This is my first dodge and don't know much about them.
