I have been debating selling/trading my CTD. Noting wrong with it, just ready to jump into a 13. My question is what are your thoughts on where I should be price wise on my 08 (either selling or trading) I have a number in mind, but I may be off base. As we all know, we get nothing (or not much) in return for our mods, so I am keeping that in mind.

Easily in the high 30s for a private sale. On a trade in might break into the 30s. I'd say part out the easy mods and sell separately if you go the trade in route.

That is pretty much where I was at in my mind, 30 on trade, mid 30's private party. I have calculated my cost on the accessories (not including my labor) and it was over 17k, so it may not be a bad idea to sell a good bit of that and still possibly net close to 30 anyway.
