I have a 2015 express with the oem projectors and bulbs. I noticed that the cutoff and beam strength is noticeably dimmer on my drivers side. Is this normal?

They are halogen bulbs from the factory, which is slightly redundant when it comes to projectors. I know most companies adjust the aim so that they do not blind oncoming drivers, but I'm not sure if Ram has started to make them slightly more dim on one side. The first mod to mine was installing JJ's HID's and both of mine look identical when I pull up to a wall.

I had hids in as well which made the problem more pronounced which is why I went back to stock. I'm beginning to think there is something wrong with my projector.

Yeah, it may be the projector, or wiring to the projector, if you noticed it with HIDs.

I agree with Maddog. Could be wiring and/or that piece that is supposed to move when you turn on the high beams to open up the projectors.
