I am selling this Bullydog GT tuner. It is in good condition with the windshield mount and both connectors. The only thing I used it for was to shut off the daytime running lights. I paid $275 about a month ago. Asking $250

Excuse my ignorance but what's the difference between the 40410 and the 40417?

I believe the only difference is that 40417 is legal every except California but the 40410 is 50 state legal.
