Carbon creations hood

Ive been looking at the carbon creations sport hood for my 15 ram does anybody have one if so how is the fit and can it be painted to look like a factory hood?

I don't have one but I have seen 3 of them up close. Yes they can be painted if you don't want to have the carbon look, the first one I saw was at my old painter's getting prepped. The fit on them is decent, you may need to shim a few body panels to get proper gaps everywhere and most I've seen fit tight on the grille and need a bit of massaging in that area if you don't want any rubbing.

Thanks for that link. Is the OEM hood fiberglass or metal? I like the scoop on this one but I still like the OEM sport hood scoops.

Stock hoods are aluminum but they still oxidize. I got some paint bubbling at the front edge above the pass side headlight... yuck.

Would love a carbon fiber hood lol.

contact them as they make everything. I know one of the guys there Tim Prins. does amazing fiberglass work
