Just buy spacer adapters for $200 and be done with it. There's absolutely no more benefit to changing from 5-6 lug Dodge except for running new style Dodge wheels. Plus you'd still have the same 5 lug front end so mismatched wheels would look about as good as A mustang.

Probably be an easier customization swapping the axle shafts out but wouldn't rule out an entire axle swap with custom trailing arms/Panhard bar.
As for the front, there's no "per say" axle on the 1500. You would need to change out the wheel bearing assemblies and possibly the half shafts that run from the differential to the bearing hubs.
As mentioned above it's a bunch of work and $$ for basically gaining the looks of a six lug wheel

When i put a Ford truck 3:30 Ratio, in my 1956 Chevy 1/2 ton truck, i did it because the trucks 3:90 ratio rear differential was a gas Hog.
I pulled the Ford axle shafts & took them to a machine shop, where they knocked out the Ford wheel studs, welded up all the stud holes.
Then they drilled new holes to fit the Chevy truck bolt pattern.
I also had them change out the Spring Mounts

You would have to do the same & then switch out the Front Hubs.

I do not trust spacers, but that is totally up to you
