Truck was running fine, but was overdue for spark plug change. Pulled all of them yesterday and put new ones in. Used Autolite Double Platinum plugs gap .44. After getting all of them put back, started the truck and check engine light was on, and you could tell it was misfiring something. Didnt have my scan tool with me so havent ran the code yet to see, but considering how it was sounding its going to say misfire. Am I missing something here? Was I supposed to do something else? Reset computer?

1st thing is getting a code reader to tell you which cylinder is having the issue. Then check the connections. Pull the coil pack and make sure the springs that make the contact with the plug are still in place.

I agree, the codes should tell you what the issue is, but something probably is not plugged in correctly.
